The Foxes have developed a talent for selling top stars at incredible prices in recent years, but exactly how much money have they made?

Ever since their incredible Premier League title win in the 2015-16 season, Leicester have built a great reputation of selling players at inflated costs.

N'Golo Kante, Riyad Mahrez, Harry Maguire and Ben Chilwell are a few of the many star players the Foxes have been able to demand huge transfer fees for before allowing them to move on.

Leicester have raked in humongous amounts of cash from sales as a result, but which stars are among their most expensive sales?

After joining the club's academy as a kid, Emile Heskey made his first team debut at the age of 17 in a Premier League match against QPR in 1995.

The English striker became a first team regular in the 1995-96 season, scoring seven goals. The following season, Heskey scored 10 goals in 35 appearances, helping Leicester win the 1997 League Cup final. He repeated the same feat in 2000.

After five seasons in the senior team, Liverpool came calling and signing him for a then club record £11m in 2000.

A product of Leicester's youth academy, Jeffrey Schlupp made his Premier League debut in August 2014 and by the end of that season, he was named the club's Young Player of the Year by fans and won the Players' Player of the Year award.

In the 2015-16 season, Schlupp, primarily a winger, started the season at left-back before moving into a midfield role, a catalyst for Leicester's incredible Premier League title triumph that season.

In January of 2017, Crystal Palace came calling and signed him for £12.42m.

After impressing at CSKA Moscow where he scored 42 goals in 125 appearances, Ahmed Musa joined Leicester for a club record £16.6m in the summer of 2016.

He could only survive a season and a half in his underwhelming time in England and Musa returned to CSKA Moscow on loan in January 2018 before making a permanent move to Saudi Arabian side AL Nassr for £14.85m in August 2018.

Musa then featured at Kano Pillars, Fatih Karagumruk and Sivasspor.

Kante was scouted for Leicester by Steve Walsh, who previously helped them sign players like Jamie Vardy and Riyad Mahrez.

Walsh wanted Kante to be Esteban Cambiasso's successor at the club.

In August 2015, he joined the Foxes in an £8.1m deal and impressed with some incredible performances to help lead his team to the 2015-16 Premier League title.

Chelsea came calling in the summer of 2016, paying £32.22m for the gifted Frenchman.

Kante went on to win the World Cup with France in 2018.
